Just replied to you on RRRound Table. Will probably look at your UBW review in the next day or two.

Sorry for not getting back to you more lately, and thanks a lot for your RRRound Table contributions.

I've been pretty absorbed in a major fanfic project recently. Once that's clued up, I hope to catch up more with some of my AS friends, including you.

I just wanted you to know that I intend to get back to your most recent PMs to me in a few days. Last few days have been busy for family reasons. Things should settle back down again sometime on Wednesday or Thursday.

Aaand Taker v Lesnar at Summerslam ends in a controversial finish that's probably gonna conclude at WM32. The highlight of the match itself is this gif that perfectly summarizes the disaster this feud has become.

I have to ask though, what is it about Rollins that you don't like? I want to guess it's the fact that he can perform very well but is often written to have dirty tactics accompany him most of the time (and maybe that's more a problem with how they're pushing him).

In better news, let's see if Overlord or School-Live! (Gakkou Gurashi!) can't renew your dwindling faith in the anime industry. The latter is shaping up to be something that outwits you the moment you think you've figured it out, while the former breathes new life into the VRMMORPG fantasy genre. I only suggest to try both shows without looking up anything about them. Seriously. Don't.

Rollins is still champion, but the only clean title defense he's had is against Ambrose. Within recent memory, 'dirty' midcard champions with main event belts usually fall down fast when they finally let it go. Who knows.

And so, the push Lesnar had from breaking The Streak and holding the World Title for the better part of 2014 and early 2015 is all for naught. I guess they really couldn't find anyone who could believably beat him and get a major push; my gut says it would've been Daniel Bryan, but then he went on a honeymoon and hasn't been the same since. Hunter or Cena can believably do it, but they don't really need it. The problem they have is Lesnar's MO lately is Suplex City, but y'know, good luck letting Calaway travel there if at all.

So much for Taker going out on his back for the future of the industry. Considering how much WWE has written themselves into a corner though, they need to get that monkey off their back sooner than later.

Btw, I find Yuu from Charlotte to be a refreshing lead. But in the long run, I'm not sure how much I'd be able to stomach guys like him.

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime is also my favorite Summer 2015 anime show so far. But like you said, it is pretty tame. Ideally, it would be something I watch to compliment an edgier or more thought-provoking or more ambitious show.

Asshole-ish male leads seem to be growing in popularity lately. It's not just Charlotte, as I see some of this in a few other recent anime shows. I wonder what this might say about the modern anime fandom, at least in Japan itself. Part of me is relieved to see the classic Love Hina! style milquetoast "doormat" male lead fade away, but I wonder if what's replacing them will be good for anime or not...

Aria is one show I've heard a lot about it, but have never tried before. With you mentioning Aria the Avvenire, maybe now is a good time to give it a shot. Do you recommend Aria?

There's a couple Summer 2015 anime shows I've tried that you might like, but I think I'm going to wait on 3 episodes worth of content first before I decide to recommend them to you or not. Opening episodes can be misleading sometimes, and I wouldn't want to recommend something to you that you end up hating because of this sort of thing.

Thanks a lot! Good life in general to you to, LS. Hopefully your Winter will warm up sometime in July or August (for a Northern Hemisphere guy like me, it feels so strange writing that, lol).
