Hi, Mr.Guido. I've read (in the past) that you're customer support for Xbox360. Don't sure if you're still doing it. But I want to ask you anyway.

I just want to buy Xbox360 but I've read the rumor about next model code name "Valhalla" I've read that MS will release this version late 2009 or early 2010. My most fear is RROD. My country doesn't have MS support center. If my Xbox360 has problem, I have to transport it to MS in another country which is very irritating and the cost is quite expensive too. This is why if the new model can really increase the stability even more then I can wait for it (if it's not too long). But the thing is I don't know if this rumor about "Valhalla" is true or not. Do you think that I should wait for new model or just buy current "Jasper"?

I just want to say I love reading your posts on the FMA episode threads. They are always so well thought out. Have you read the manga or not?
