Hey Micchi, thanks for the heads up regarding Dear Drops. By the way how do you fancy Overdrive's products?

I did pick up like a lots of words, but reading them kanjis and the others is completely something I cannot learn without spending insane amount of time on it, and most likely forgetting too much of the occasionally used languages. :/

Well all of them on the list are open for voting, when the poll is going to go live, and the one which gets voted by the majority wins. So it depends on what the majority's tastes going to be. But yeah the purpose is that the people who can't speak japanese could play the chosen game.

Well yeah he's indeed fairly new, but he does an insane speed with Cross Channel, and you probably know how difficult to TL that (and he also finished tactic's Moon. in a month). I reckon he'll be alright with most of those, except Saihate due to the various rubbish obscure studies.
Kara no Shoujo would be great too (I love investigative type of games actually), but isn't that like insanely hard to read + quite long?
Thanks for your information by the way Micchi.

Oh so you are (part-) chinese. That'd certainly makes it easier to learn japanese IMO. Wish I could learn it too, but I already speak 3 foreign languages (I could only learn a fourth if I forget too much of those 3), and all of them is more beneficial where I live, especially to get better jobs.

Well yeah I can understand why you prefer the newer games, but trying the epic "older" games might be still interesting though. I deliberately didn't mention Rance lol. I would have been surprised if you enthusiastically say the opposite .

By the way I'm quite curious, what are your opinion about that future poll? What are your (gut-) feelings telling you, which game should be the one getting fanTLed?

I've only been once in Denmark (It's also a part of Scandinavia), while touring Germany (I also speak german and we were traveling around Germany to spend a summer vacation, and it was also a good way to refresh the knowledge of the language) and decided to check out the Danish country, and I'd say it is quite a nice place. They are really nice people I have to say, and the land itself is gorgeous (granted not as cold as further up northwards). I can only recommend it if it's not too "south" for you .

By the way, how come you don't actually fancy playing the just mentioned games, even though you yourself admit/know they are great? At least I don't see any of those in your erogelist. I personally don't think you dislike intrigue-centered VNs, as I don't think you'd enjoy Umineko then, but then how come you haven't played CC for example just to name one? (Again absolutely no offense intended, I'm just curious.). Or is the list outdated?

I noticed your enthusiasm over Imotous of course (I would be blind if I couldn't ), that's why I was curious whether you had one IRL. And I do admit that I can see where you are coming from (albeit certain imotou characters failed to appeal to me in the past).
I wish my sister could have been persuaded to call me Onii-san instead of occasionally calling me Bátyus (~Bro in hungarian), but alas she was adamant even when she was small . (At least my small Otouto is a lot easygoing regarding these japanese things, but it was not the same hearing it from him)

Oh yeah, it shouldn't be that cold there now in July. Silly me. Still, if I were to live in Canada like you, I'd probably would have went on cruising to the Caribbean instead of Alaska. Partially due to the prospect of practicing a different spanish than the european castilian I can speak, and the magically gorgeous scenery everywhere, not to mention all the beautiful latin females are quite tempting to choose it over the northern destinations . (Don't take any offense though, it's just personal preference. It was always one of the dream locations I'm longing to visit once in the future.)

It's certainly shocking that you gonna vote for a Circus game!
I'm curious which of these would win, as they included quite a lot of the popular games, and I'd be torn to vote one over the others (despite that I couldn't even had the chance to try most of those actually due to the language barrier).

By the way how come you are such a huge fan of the whole imotou concept? I'd imagine you didn't grow up with an IRL sister, right?
(I did, they are never so cute like the ones in VNs/animes :/ .)

Isn't it bloody cold so north there? O_o

I'm curious what sort of news you speak of .
