ok sry i saw wrong misunderstood da meaning

ok you alpha to selection yr text
then grow it by 2 or 3 i use 2
then add new layer
move layer below
then fill it with the border colour

ok thats called fuzzy or fussy border i guess
and just use 10 or 15 and dun add shadow cause will not have cloud effect which i love XD
