I'm not surprised that a new one will be coming out, and I'm looking forward to it. I just hope, that if it comes out on the PS3, I'll have one by then :heh:

There were also rumours that the next main entry to the SMT series was going to be in the PS3. That was two or three years ago though, and so far, nary a word about it.

So yeah, bucket full of salt, much? We might not even see P5 until the end of the PS3's lifecycle for all we know, or even if its actually coming to the PS3.

They're never going to remake Persona 2. :heh: Even if it would be awesome, especially if redone with P3/4's design aesthetic.

That article implies they're working on a brand-new game, in any case.

What, they haven't even started working in the game yet? Here goes my hope of it being released by the end of this year... But they're doing it for the PS3, that's pretty obvious.

Actually the report I read as stated that work has already started and that came directly from Atlus.

I guess PS3 is the most obvious choice, though i seriously wouldn't be surprised if it goes on something else, like the PSP. :p

I think they can't afford a PS3.

I'm just thinking that the PSP is far more dominant in Japan than the PS3.

I'm stuck with a Ps2, can't afford a cosplay let alone a Ps3


I want them to make a Gilgamesh persona already, they got queen bitch Ishtar, where the hell is Emperor-arcana induced Epic Saga-ness? Exactly! Ishtar shows up more then the Epic Saga while Gilgamesh / Enkidu don't.

Or make a Bedivere / Gawain / Tristan persona, but I doubt it matters. They might actually do a Ps3 and leave us less richer folks beyond. :heh:

...Depends on who the character and what his persona is this time around.

MC > Orpheus - Went into tartarus to save Eurydice
MC > Izanagi - Went into yomi to save his wife that died in childbirth
MC Dante Aligheri - Went into hades to retrieve his wife.

Or maybe they will break out the creating chain of 'personae that went into hell to save such and such', I would like to see if the MC can have a chosen gender and could have a chosen haircut... Souji's bowl was a sorta turnoff for me xP

Still. No Ps3 if they do make it for the system. I was hoping to buy it for Ps2, but seeing everyone elses' comments, I doubt it'll happen.
