Definately good news, I can read chinese...but I see something that says 'July' on the page. Someone who actually knows japanese would be more helpful then me :heh:

The ANN link already translated the news as a July airing this year.

So SHAFT have this and Bakemonogatari airing in the Summer season... guess that really isn't a problem since SHAFT outsource to other studios a lot though... Always nice to see more Zetsubou Sensei.

Furthermore the director of this and Bakemonogotari is the same guy.
