Friend Can't Register...?
 

Hello I make this thread because I couldn't find an answer in the other threads.. :confused:
My friend can't get an account here, and every time this message will show:

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Your friend is probably too young. That is what that message normally means.

too young? No, she is 28 years old.. :confused:

I can only go by what you've told me. The only reason the forum displays that message is a registration attempt by someone who is too young. Is she trying to use a public computer, that might have been used by someone who is under 13? She might want to try a different browser or clear her current browser's cache, cookies, etc.
