The purpose of this thread is to provide a place to discuss all things Accelerator related.

Note: Please don't use this for the specifics (i.e. episode, chapter, game, etc. discussion) there are other threads for that stuff.

Thread Guidelines

• No campaigning!
  No "hate" or "xyz must die" posts. Discuss why you do or don't like characters without whinging and whining or blatantly campaigning for your favourite.

  Do not insult or harass other members for their likes and dislikes. Do not take it so seriously that you end up in an argument with another forum member because they express a fondness for a character you loathe. Discussion and good spirited banter are always welcome, but harassing people will not be tolerated.

  Please remember that AnimeSuki is a discussion forum, not a chat room, there is a difference. If you wish to chat, then please make use of our IRC channel.
  
  
• Have fun, but post intelligently.
  It's great to have fun, but please try your best to add substance to what you post and make your thoughts interesting for the generation of fans that will follow after you’re long gone and on to watching some other series.

I like the first one but hate the second one. The second picture just reminds of how cruel the experiment is. :( :( :mad:

I don't mind the reminder of what a monster Accelerator is, personally.

Those scientists.... needs to be punished.

Its double moral, they were just guinea pigs since they didn't saw them as human beings.

Note: Accelerator is not necessarily the one that killed these Misakas. It could very well be that the scientists ordered them to kill each other.

The one I don't like is the experiment the second one. Its just plain cruel.:(:(

Pardon me, but wtf would the schedule ask for MISAKA to kill each other rather than target Accelerator? :uhoh:

Granted having them bodies all littering one room like its the zombie apocalypse is strange as well...


I'm for the stand that Accelerator is just misunderstood, but a little screwed up himself. A shade of grey, rather than a black killer or a white misguided.

Agreed. He did killed them in some cruel way, rather than quick one.

Anyway, he "atone" for his deeds well.

BTW, Accelerator is a realistic character, he know that always someone is going to end being hurt.

Does anyone know who called Accelerator "the one who wields the power that equades God"? Aiwass??

Just something I want to mention. If Accelerator being a total esper has the special title of "equates God", then doesn't that mean that "God" in To Aru actually combines the science and magic and misc. sides?

I think he's not that almighty. Accelerator can be defeated with Aureolus's Ars Magna (at least that's what I think, since he can't change the direction of 'death' anyway, can he?)

Yeah, Accelerator is badass. This does not make him any less creepy though.

Plus that 1st pic at the top of the page, where he leans over Misaka just sends shivers down my spine, even as I label him a Memetic Molester in my head.

Oh sure, I like the guy, somehow, but still...

And just look at the official novel pics of him, you're more likely to find psyco than anything.

Crazy Accel is Crazy

God is divine in nature and beyond magic and science.

Just look what kind of people are the Hound Dogs(who shot a rain of bullets in a family restaurant and calling them just evidence which needs to be erased).

Thats why the people shouldn't mess with him.

Don't appear in the Railgun anime, please.
