No... There are hints.. but no "visual evidence" like nfws scenes with the two of them together.

As Chika-san already said a really yuri scene between Yayoi and Shion or any other woman (in her band or not) will be implicity (hope that will be explicity, but...) and we have 2 official hints: the scene already discussed of episode 2 and in other episode when Shion said about Yayoi: "Yayoi wouldn't get worked up over something like this. She's into more violent and passionate stuff". The doubtful hint is that at the pre-screening of episode 11, one of the writers (might have been the Butcher, I'm not sure), said that in the original script for the first episode, Yayoi had asked Akane if she likes girls.

Now we can just wait, discuss the hints and expect that the question will be answered next episode.

Yes they have to wait for us to hope that the next episode shows us some things about Yayoi ...

Make the exact same scene but with a male and female and every one would understand, even people that are against homosexual relationships, that it was obviously a hint that they did it. There was absolutely no other reason for a scene like that, except that they wanted to hint that two adult people had fun with each other.

This, the inclusion of that scene alone would make me assume that a straight couple had a pretty intimate relationship so why should I change that interpretation for a female pairing? Plus the show has shown the Yayoi interacting with Shion a bit more than the other characters (the ramen scene and didn't she speak up when they were debriefing in Shion's computer room?) which again, the show thought was important enough to show which means we should take note of it.
