What programs do you use? Specifically for drafting, inking, coloring, etc.

I use Paint Tool SAI for everything, to drafting and painting.
Pen Tool for Drafting and the LineArt, and Makers+Oil Water for Shading.

I also use Photoshop for some final "touchings", mostly for Curves and adjusting the size of the picture.
