Plot summary : The story centers around Amaya, Iwasawa, and Uehara — three annoying, spirited high school girls with zero motivation — and their classmates. Their daily life is "what happens when there is nothing happening."

Note : The manga launched on niconico Seiga, the online still-frame counterpart to the niconico (formerly Nico Nico Douga) video service last year, and then Kadokawa Shoten's 4-Koma Nano Ace magazine began serializing the manga last summer. Kadokawa just published the manga's second book volume last month.

seems like we found the next kyo ani anime.

Not getting the K-On! vibe from the character designs, first thing that came to my mind on seeing that picture was Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru. Apart from that I think that mistress_kisara's is probably the best prediction of what this show is going to be like.

I`m going to give this a chance because like Joshiraku, I was skeptical but I`m enjoying to no end after watching it. Plus the girls look cute and interesting so I`ll definitely see where this goes.

It's a new studio of Ultra Super Pictures and was founded by Hiroaki Matsuura (Sanzigen), Tetsuro Satomi (Barnum Studio) & Tadao Iwaki (Madhouse & Shaft ex-producer). Inbetweeners mostly come from Ordet.
