Someone want to translate it? :heh: and this is why you don't mess around if your wife can potentially pulverize you in seconds (unless you're M, poorlucky Kyon).

What a great episode!!! (even when i cannot understood much of what have been said). The character development so far is really paying off now, Im realy enjoying the different fronts or points of attention, with Horizon being held captive, Sakai facing unexpected visitors from KPA Italia, Futayo and her warrior duties, Masazumi always serious and anticipating the worst from things to come, and finally, our starring classroom of weirdos in command of over the top sensei. Shes not only strong, but clever in the way she picks on her pupils.

Don tell me Toori was
Spoiler for not depress?:
but good to see him return to his usuals endeavours

And a really touching flashback from Suzu, in good anime tradition.

(It seems to me or we re having a subtle breast++ from Tomo and Kimi? :eyespin:)

There is a serious reason for him to do this
he is not a heartless idiot
I think they will tell us at the very end of this season (maybe?)

Good to know about that. Well, its not like I had loose my faith in him.
(I still watch anime even if Im concern with everyday life issues :heh: so I wont blame him). Off course is not "everyday issue" for Toori...
After all, we saw him pale and trembling going through Remorse Way, and we know he has been down from childhood trauma, right? And it was all Horizon-related. So this would be like loosing her for a second time.

Not, this guy has already decided what he s going to do, he is just not telling it yet...

The sudden dark horse of the episode goes to Suzu, her backstory was good but what really sold that scene was when she broke down near the end after hearing Asama reiterating her essay- and to nail that moment she let Toori touch her chest (And apparently Toori could tell that she has grown bigger).

What a good girl...

I guess when the breast groping is voluntary, there's no censorship

P.S - I love strategy meeting, but I'm gonna have to wait till Wednesday to know what exactly they're saying... All I caught was something about trying to bring Masazumi to their cause.

Some fun neta stuff (for crazy Kawakami fans) in this episode.

Spoiler for Random stuff:

Haha, good job Sunrise!!!!! Reminds me of that time that White Fox randomly "added" two Zaregoto characters in Katanagatari.

serpiente 2011-11-06 13:45

Kinda P-01s lookalike, that alchemist. Now, this Toori guy sure is faithfull to his stereotypes :heh:

How can Kimi read through those boobs? I would get disctracted... :eyespin:

ookamigirl 2011-11-06 13:51

Saving Horizon, that was pretty much the main theme.
Other than that the strategizing parts were pretty good.

It seems the fashion sense in Kawakami's world never changes...

Lol at Muneshige and Gin's bed scene.Lol Asama's ero-essay. Suzu definitely stole the ep. Glad Toori is back to himself. Now to get things moving i ntheir plan to save Horizon.

Icy.Tear 2011-11-06 18:31

Don't see the ero, but here goes...

Spoiler for Ero-Essay:

Xellos-_^ 2011-11-06 20:22

i think Muneshige is safer in the battlefield:heh:

DorkingtonPugsly 2011-11-06 20:54

I started tearing up when suzu started to cry, but then I was saved from breaking down when Toori returned to his usual self. I definitely agree with the fact that this episode had a great balance of comedy, emotional scenes, and serious talk. That's something that's a bit hard for a lot of animes to pull off, and with this I didn't feel any awkwardness. I'm looking forward to next week's episode!

Amazing, she did all this with her eyes close :heh:

articuzwolf 2011-11-06 22:11

I can't stop thinking that the magazine in Toori's table is the same as the one that her sister read before. In other word, her sister cover it for him :uhoh:

black_cat1 2011-11-06 22:11

I'm sastified with this ep except one thing

Spoiler for Asama:

And Suzu's essay was as good as the novel's version

Xacual 2011-11-06 22:12

Suzu was just way too cute this episode, just about killed me.

Other than that not much to talk about since it's back to sort of a beginning level feel building back up to a second big event.
