Mushi-Uta

While this series has not yet been licensed we have received a C&D from Kadokawa Pictures USA, we therefore won't be listing fansubs of this series here on AnimeSuki anymore.

Please note that Kadokawa are acting on the behalf of the Japanese IP owners, Kadokawa Pictures USA themselves do not license such series but act as a master licensor, a middle-man who sells on the license to (typically) American anime companies. End of edit by Mod (xris)

There's a possibility of it getting an anime, no anime of this light novel has been announced yet.

monir 2007-01-09 15:34

Well, I hope the title does get its announcement soon because the hero is holding a crossbow and wearing a black goggle. Also, the girl with the cat in the fourth cover looks very cute. I'm sold.

Hahaha thats the first thing I saw, guy with googles and crossbow. Ill have to say that I know little to nothing about alot of novel based anime since I dont have access to it so I like threads like this, gives the random otaku something to look forward to. Or if not an anime a manga counter part. The girl on the cover of four reminds me of another character but sadly Im blanking on it.

[*]_[*] Looks SciFi + Action + One-Of-My-Fav-ArtStyles
*sold*

I have a fealing there's going to be a sword-girl somewhere in there..

Mm.. any indication of the nature of the world.
Looks like it's SciFi but I can tell if it's future vision more often then not (just my opinion) less intresting paralel dimention stuff.

The staff list is out. Can anyone determine who's animating it (I thought it was Bee Train at first, but the later characters threw me off)?

And the following is dedicated to NeoSam.. :D

The director for the show, Sakai Kazuo, gives hope this one may turn out to be a good one. He was involved as Key Animators for several impressive names. He directed one episode of Full Metal Panic. The character design is by another impressive name called Kamimoto Kanetoshi who has designed for some very impressive shows. Fujita Junpei will be in charge of the music. The Cast and the name of the Animation Studio are still unknown.

I wouldn't call Bakuretsu Tenshi (which, according to ANN, was the only series featuring characters designed by him) an "impressive show", but it had nice designs nonetheless.
