Anyway here's the very few information we have from anime AND the novel.

1. She's about Ichika's age
2. Looks like young Chifuyu
3. Obsessed with Chifuyu... in a murderous, hateful way
4. Resented Ichika, though not as bad as she loathes Chifuyu
5. Tabane shown an interest when they met
6. Psychotic

Now, the theory of her origin
1. Clone
She might be a clone, maybe Chifuyu's clone.

2. Long lost sister
What else? She's with her parents, or used to.

3. A mix of both
A little farfetched, but not entirely dismissible

Ok, Madoka is an IS pilot. More than that, she is a young terrorist and an expert in espionage. She is a mystery for me.

thats not true Chifuyu seems to know who she is so when ichika asked her about it she shrugged him away

Yeah~ She is a mystery for the readers.
I think she is on the same level that Tatenashi, just under Squall.

Yandere girls are always so endearing to watch!
Maybe all this wickedness from her is just her being unable to express herself....

When she wants to say 'I love you, nee-san,' , she feels obliged to try to kill her? Or when she talks with her brother, she wants to play like when they were children, except that she uses a gun? Interesting idea. If so, she is worse than Laura.

Far worse than Laura, because Madoka has no control over her "Yandereness"

if madoka truly a 'yandere' then it will be a terror for the girls. (except perhaps laura and tatenashi)

someone with a face similar with a chifuyu and the mindset of yandere...

Oh God. I never thought to that like this. Another reason why I like Madoka.
Hey, I just have one theory about her: Maybe she is Ichika's clone, and she hates Chifuyu because she slipped them and Ichika becuse she is his clone. That would explain this:

Well, from her view, she's suppose to be the younger sibling of Chifuyu, not Ichika. But that view could also be 'artificial'. The movie 'Face Off' is playing tricks with me now.

...or she is the identical twin of Chifuyu but was put into some sort of stasis while Chifuyu was raised up... If so, you'd think that PT would threaten Chifuyu with showing off Madoka Orimura to the world, forcing her to own up to some incredible 'scandal'. Or maybe they can't since whatever the reason, the Orimura are tied in with the development of the IS from the earliest days...

Grrah, too many variables and they are all outlandish. Tabane! Did Chifuyu tell you about 'her other sister' that she left behind while you took Ichika!? Spill it, usagi!

My brain hurts now...10 different story webs were spun and they all hurt...

No use, Tabane will be playful and will not tell you anything. Damn rabbit, but i'm sure she has extensive knowledge about Madoka.

I just want my imouto route.

But Blitz, what if Izuru decides she is the older sister? There wouldn't be an imouto route, only a nee-sama's.

Madoka's IS, Black Knight, intrigues me. I hope we will see her more in the 9th LN and learn about her past.

So we are going Ilya route here? Nah, we already have a nee-sama with Chifuyu, so to go for the other niche, we need an imouto, (preferably a twin imouto)

You certainly love the 'imouto route'. But she is the 'yandere route'. I'm not sure it's a good mix: we don't need another Yuno-chan with an obsession for her brother.
