Though I found the series quirky and entertaining, there were some threads that I felt were never fully explained or just plain unused.

With the various groups doing this, it appears kinda popular. I checked up on the title because I saw StrikeS did 1-12 but only 4-12 is listed listed here: http://animesuki.com/series.php/1342.html

Is there a way to add that? Furthermore, are there any plans to create batch torrents?

Certainly a confusing menagery to choose from. About the only guideline I can see at the moment is ii has a monopoly on 13-19, so if for less complexity one stuck with them it leaves the dilemma of who for the first 9. Even so, none seem to be outright cooperating, and there's no telling if some plan to keep going to complete...
