and what about Fantastic Children..? it is for a little older crowd but still.

and yes peter pan did run in israel. ^^

Yes that's true, I guess there are some series like this being made. I haven't seen Ashita no Nadja, so I'll keep an eye out for that. I guess we can also include the wondrous Secret of the Cerulean Sand in this category...

Bumpin' it up.

Ep 4 was great and I've yet to see Ep 3 (they're disapering under the raidar in ani-suki).
Tink' having a voice kinda offsetted me.

wizard55 2006-07-27 01:19

This is wonderful! I come back to animesuki to see new fansubs and this is finally fansubbed and a few other World Masterpiece Theater series! This will be interesting to see!

EDIT: I've now seen the first episode and it was pretty good. What I really enjoy is that opening and ending songs. :) I'll be watching the 2nd ep in a bit.

Immortius 2007-01-06 08:11

This was actually aired in Australia as well, many years ago. I don't remember it very well except for the ending.

MCMXC 2007-02-27 18:06

Please excuse me...what is the first episode when Luna appears? I'm looking for it...

Athanor 2007-02-27 18:54

she appears in episode 24. Which has been already released so you can grab it easilly on torrent or irc.

If you're European then i suggest you to use the bot C1|Roxy, else use Suzume ^__^

About Peter Pan no boken

Is there anyone can tell me where I can buy this video? I really want to get it!:upset:

Athanor 2007-05-05 05:09

You can buy the japanese dvds at amazon.co.jp (that's what I did) or in any other japanese shops (cdjapan might be the most famous).

moonxi 2007-05-05 20:44

I couldn't find... Is it Japanese or English? If it s Japanese....I can't follow it...

moonxi 2007-05-05 20:46

Or where I can find 33-41? coz there just have 1-32...(http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/818.html)

Athanor 2007-05-07 10:00

1-33, it's still ongoin, fansubers arn't machines so they can't sub a whole show in one night...

Athanor 2007-05-25 02:36

And now the show is over.

You can watch all the 41 episodes of Peter Pan No Boken in a row XD

Have fun XD

kuru 2007-05-27 12:55

Thanks for your group's work. Hope C1 will do another World Masterpiece Theater series in the future.

ragnarokr 2007-05-27 17:13

Yeah!

Really good work people, especially these last times, uploading two eps at the same time.

The show also aired in Portugal, somewhere between '90 and '92.

I really like the Luna character in this. Couldn't help but laugh at some of the potty humour with Michael and John too.

One thing about this... is it just me or compared to the Disney stuff we've seen... is Pan incredibly GAR here?

Like early on in the series with the boulder... just how strong is "Peterpa" as Wendy seems to say?

I also found the Crocodile truly horrifying, much more so than the disney one. I don't think it's due to the art style, I mean he even has a flower on his head... it's just the plot of the anime.

I kept thinking as I watched this anime "if they weren't constantly playing this light-hearted music, this anime would be terrifying". Perhaps the children who grew up with this didn't appreciate the horrifying aspects of the anime, but if you think of it, it's got little things, like Pan's face bleeding from a Pirahna, etc. which you just don't see nowadays.

Oh and, I love Tigerlily+Wendy+Luna =)
