How do people acquire those titles?
 

Such as: "Graphic Designer" or "Author"

Go to User CP-->Group memberships (not social groups) on the left hand side...click that and then pick one of those groups listed to be a part of :)

Select the "User CP" on the left of the navigation bar, then select "Group Memberships" from the column on the left. :D

Hmm... perhaps people should be allowed to remain ignorant. No harm in having minions serve me coffee and all the other good stuff in hope of earning membership privileges.
