Apparently the official website was been updated yesterday? But I'm not sure with what. I didn't notice the character page having stuff on it before, but I didn't look very extensively so I don't know if it was always there or not. So Mizuki is the blue-haired Tsubasa, Takayama is the red-haired Kanade. Yuuki is the blonde girl Hibiki who is holding hands with brunette Miku (Iguchi) in the main poster.

The concept background art on the bottom of the Introduction page looks nice. I also like the designs of the 2 main chars' fighting outfits.

This is totally my kind of series.

When I first heard about this series I was wondering why they didn't go all out and make a full Vocaloid anime.

Hello everybody! I'm in charge of designing Symphogear world. It's based on an actual japanese megapole. It's not Tokyo neither Yokohama but it is inspired by it. And you're right, it is set in a nearly future so you we'll see futuristic building (like the ones you saw on the concept visuals), and control rooms, and also traditionnal shopping streets, dojos or okonimiyaki restaurants! The series is really packed with a lot of action, some fan service and a few bloody scenes... A really anime fan orientated project. I hope you will like it!
Like always, I think I'll post some production visuals on the french catsuka forum about Satelight's works during the airing.
