The shounen(boy's) light novel series R-15 by Fushimi Hiroyuki (author) and Fujima Takuya (illustrator) will be getting an anime adaptation:

The light novel series is published under the shounen light novel label Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko.
Currently there are 5 volumes released of this light novel series.

No, it set in highschool with 15-16 years old students who are appeared to be geniuses.
