Vent was perhaps the wrong word, Outlet would be more precise.

Video games are an outlet for anger. A safe play to unlease ones hate and rage so it does not interfear with daily life.

I'm telling you right now that I speak from experiance, Ever since I started outleting to Video games I've been more able to control the violent tendancies I've had since childhood.

well in video games, the person is in control. It gives a person a sense of power when they feel powerless to the world around them. Video games is one element that they have power, control over. They can dictate what happens.

And speaking of movies, when I went to see the opening of Resident Evil: Apoc.. there was this family in there, one boy around 7 and he kept on asking his dad "Wheres the zombies!!! where's the zombies!!!" and was laughing at the gore scenes. Also reminds me when I watch dogeball, I hear a kid behind me ask "whats a lesbian""what's a gal""ewww they are kissing" :hmm:
