Hi everyone
I really loved the serie's background musics, and I know a store that sells lots of one piece audio cds. But I don't know which one contains the bgms (I don't want the vocals or the musics not in the serie)
Here are the cds titles :

from what I RECALL (In otherwords the chance of it being true is slim to none) the BGM music as well as much longer versions of the commerical break music can be found on music collection 3.

Again, have someone confirm that, dont want you to waste your money because I cant even remember what I had for breakfast.

One Piece Merchandise (Figurines, Artbooks, OSTs, etc.)

Went shopping for a few Anime OST's tonight and strangely enough I can't find one for ONE PIECE and I'd love to get some for it. But I can't seem to find any trace of them. Does anyone know if they exist? I admit my searching skills suck, but I should have at least found some trace of them if they exist.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want the actual BGMs, then you'll want to buy the "Music and Song Collections", as they carry most of the series' soundtrack. If you want vocal stuff, then get the "Song Collections" or "Best Song Collection". If you want the OP and ED themes, go for the "Best Album". That's all the info I've got for you.

I have the Music and Song Collections, by the way. There are volumes 1,2, and 3, and they're all fantastic.

Here's the first one: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/toyisland/onepitvanmua.html
And the second: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/toyisland/onepiancdmua.html

Vicious 2004-02-05 19:36

You can also try Animenation ;) They may have something there :D

I have the best song collection and I love all the songs ... well most of them. My favourite is the first opening theme which I believe called 'On The Cruise' and the first ending theme which also believe called 'Memory'. Are they right?

Hehe, I know this is a little bit late, but the CDs with the background music are the Music & Song Collection CDs (1-3). Also, The Music & Best Song Collection has a few BGM tracks.

^_^ *loves listening to all the cute BGM*

Luffy's Hat

I have no idea if any of you would know this, but I really really want Luffy's hat! Does anyone have any idea where I could find a simillar straw hat (i can add the red stripe myself). I can't find anything good enough. I got one hat from this weird asian site, but its like Bamboo, very stiff and not luffy-like really.

if anyone can be of any help I'd be very grateful

one piece owns-

Ero-Sannin 2004-06-04 05:33

its just a straw hat... you should be able to find those easy...

Lord Raiden 2004-06-04 16:42

Yeah, his is just a standard straw hat. The funny thing about luffy's is that his will have been trashed so many times by the time he returns it, dude will have a whole new hat from all the patches he'll have to add to it. :D

codectified 2004-06-05 02:42

well, if you guys think its so easy to find a it then help! =) what is a standard straw hats all the one's i saw were weird looking, not like luffy's :hmm:

Lord Raiden 2004-06-05 11:01

So? Find one that's closest and mod it. Lots of cosplayers do that. :)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...484015071&rd=1

pathyfinder 2004-06-05 12:56

yeah, it will be hit or miss depending on exactly what you are looking for...because they are actually all over and not expensive... ie like that one shown went for under a buck?

osmoses-jones 2004-06-07 12:00

look into amzon.com may be u will find some

aahhsin 2004-06-07 17:44

heh....

The straw hats I see are cowboy hats. I agree with the poster it is rather hard to find that type of straw hate. Most of em are cowboy styled.

what you're looking for is a "floppy straw hat"

Kind of off-topic, but you guys noticed that one of the easiest cosplays is Luffy and some of the OP characters? Like Nami, Sanji and Robin. It's not very difficult to do, like the Naruto or Fullmetal Alchemist ones.

The characters in specific arcs can be a bit tougher, like my friend has cosplayed as Alabasta Luffy just because he wanted a challenge.

Blodvatten 2004-06-11 04:03

.. Gnargh.
He's name's Ruffy. Lot Luffy.
Or.. it is Luffy but the transaltion sucks.
