Please adhere to the rules.

Only ask for GIFs abiding by AnimeSuki Rules
Please be aware of the size limitations as outlined in the forum rules. Avatars need to be 100 x 100 and under 50kb, Signatures need to be under 500 x 160 pixels and 50,000 bytes.
Be Patient
Don't be impatient so don't keep asking for your avatar or signature, you will get them when you get them. If you want it sooner then go make them yourself. People are creating avatars & signatures on their on free time and as a favor to everyone.
Please specify episode and timeframe of the GIF
We're not mind readers. We do not know what you want, so give us something specific to work with. Be detailed about the description and make sure you keep the timeframe something like 2-3 seconds long.

Example:
I want a GIF from Episode 1... Timeframe of: 7:02-7-04.
Don't ask what software was used to create these GIF's.

If you do not follow these rules, you will be ignored. So don't bother asking again until you properly request something. And if you are just plain annoying, a Mod will slap you around with a wet trout.

I guess I'll take this request. Either check back in a couple of hours for my reply (dinner soon), or in 12 if my connection remains spotty like it has been the past few Sundays.

How do you want it? Just the bullet getting sliced by the knife of a complete one from Riko's shot to the knife slice? It looks like on heck of a gif to make.

It's a 10 year old process that I'm going to try. Let's see if it'll actually work. Previous example's of this process were my gun-kata ones.

Well, here we go. Looks like I was able to accomplish it, although I didn't include the part where we see the bullets hitting the wall behind Kinji. At 100x100 pixels it can hardly be made out. Enjoy, although I will clarify why there's 2 different versions.

Version 1: codename Photo.

What's the difference? Colors are evenly placed around the entire image, giving it an even look all around. Not very sharp the smaller they get.

Version 2: codename Linear Art

What's the difference? Specific liberties are taken with flat imagery, for example in this version the characters are much more detailed than the background, due to the difference between a character (hard lines) and the detailed background behind them (the painting-type look).

Again, my director style editing was used to make it flow quite well, considering the scene originally was optimized in widescreen. Tell me if it is either too slow or too fast, I no longer decide by browser so instead I'll explain my universal method: I use Irfanview as the deciding factor with speed, as I see 4 different results in other programs, notwithstanding my phone :p
