Your Best Romantic anime you ever saw.
 

I'm in a mood this month, listen to romantic anime and I would like to know if anyone know of a romantic anime with a love story pretty intense :eyespin: and it's fantastic with some action and comedy?

I really liked Kanon and i'm looking somthing that type.

I'm going to go with the crowd on this one and also recommend Clannad and Clannad: After Story.

And now I'm going to be an individual and suggest Diamond Daydreams and Sola, the former which plays more like a drama but definitely has a tinge of romance, the latter which I like to call Clannad for action fans because it's, well, an action-oriented spin on an otherwise uneventful genre.

I personally think that Clannad and its sequel is more towards the importance of family ties and relationships rather than pure romance, but who am I to argue it is so? Clannad all the way.

However let me suggest adding Yosuga no Sora, True tears, and maybe even the light-hearted Amagami SS to the list.

there are a lot more.. but the ones I have listed have some action (with the exception of of Honey and Clover), and they all have some type of romance in them..

Ah - Kimi ni Todoke. How could I forget that one! :)

Kimikiss Pure Rouge and Amagami SS are the ones that really touched my heart.

I've seen a lot I've liked, but these are the ones that I remember the most.

Seconding both of these excellent romance anime.

I also recommend Voices of a Distant Star. The whole anime is only 25 minutes long, but it is an amazing, fulfilling watch.

Princess Tutu although I feel it is romantic in a non-conventional way. I absolutely adore it.

All top of the line romance shows, but personally I prefer anime where the romance is in balance with the other elements of the show, like in Rose of Versailles.

If you liked Kanon then Spice and Wolf is the best suggestion available. After that try Clannad and maybe Lovely Complex/KareKano

^I think you got it wrong. If you liked Kanon, wouldn't the most obvious and best choice be Clannad, not Spice & Wolf? There's more romance in Clannad than in S&W anyway.
