Anyone who knows,please answer

Hey everyone, you might be pleased to know that I've done a little more work on this recently. Hopefully I will make a habit of it...

Cheers Stephen! Much thanks appreciated!

Your Another Monster translations along with he 21st Century boys translations are great stuff.

On a sidenote, I was wondering how come you didn't allow'scanlators to use your translations for 21st Century boys, since it would probably speed up their process quite a great deal. There are a couple of groups interested in scanlating the manga, but I think they require translators...

Just uploaded Chapter 17, which is a bit shorter than usual and features one of the former pupils of the Red Rose Mansion seminar who was interviewed by Suk. As usual thus far, most information is still known to Monster enthusiasts, but there are more and more tantalizing new scraps...

stpehen 2007-12-03 05:10

Chapter 18, Jaromir Lipsky is up. Pretty hefty chapter and lots of interesting new tidbits about the seminar.

stpehen 2008-01-19 22:34

Chapter 19, Fritz Verdeman is now done and uploaded. This is a very long chapter which is once again mostly recap but with a few great hints to look forward to in future installments... most significantly regarding the Magnificent Steiner :)

thank you so much! i've been looking for the English edition for years.
By the way , do you know that "RUHINHEIM" is "OBERSTDOFF" in Germany? It's a real little town in the southwest of Germany. And, i've found out the location of red rose mansion and three fogs brand by using google earth! Just follow the instruction in the <another monster>. you can find it too.

Just wondering something. Is "Another Monster" a novel for Monster
like how "Another Note" was a novel for "Death Note"
or is it actually in comic book format? Also if it is a novel does it have pictures?
Also has anyone else besides you worked on "Another Monster"?
Well anywho I like your work on "Another Monster" and the Monster manga
(you're the same Stephen who translated the Monster manga right?)
I liked the little commentary at the end of the Monster manga.
Have you translated anything else? If so I would be interested in seeing more of your work. Your translations encouraged me to actually go out and buy almost
all of the Monster volumes.

Thank you so much to take your time to do this translation for us! Really appreciated!
Just wondering if this series is still being translated or not since I did not see any update. Keep up the good work!

I am also waiting for the translations, thank you for your hard work.

Looks like he's not translating anymore. Was hoping to see the rest, if anyone knows where we can find translations for chapters 19+ that would be awesome. =)

Gina Szanboti 2011-11-06 15:52

Don't know if anyone will see this here or not, but I've translated the rest of the book on my own, once it became apparent that Stephen was no longer interested in continuing with it. It's not as good as his would have been, but I think it's better than nothing. :p

I can email the .pdf file to anyone who's still interested. I don't check in here very often, so it could be a long time before I see a PM. Assuming from other posts I've seen that it's ok to post email addresses, you can request it at ginaszamboti@aol.com (the m is not a typo)
