That's not bad. I'll point out a couple of things to help you improve though. The first is to remember the head is an oval, whereas you drew the top of her head more like a rectangle. You might also want to give her a more angled jaw, instead of so flat, of course she might look quite so much like a thug then :)

I like her style!!
But the hair somehow looks flat. I don´t know how to make it bettre since I´m no good at drawing hair... Maybe some more shadowing would do it!?

Her neck is a bit long, though. A basic rule of thumb that I've started using is that the neck's length from the chin to the clavicle is one handwidth... about the distance between one's mouth and nose. The length between where the muscles meet the neck and the chin... that's about half of that... so about the distance between the chin and the lips. I hope that helps!!

EDIT: And, ummm... in the future, you may want to just edit your first post. Double (or more) posting is probably one of the easiest ways to get mods irritated at you.

Hm, its ok. Like everyone else said, the head is a little flat. The eye looks a little too far over, might want to try moving it a *little* to the right some more. I find the lines by her mouth make her seem a little old-looking.

it may be messy, it may be rough, it may be imperfect, etc... but for sure, it's yours.

you mentioned that you only draw from imagination... my suggestion is (that is, if you want to improve -don't take it if you don't want it)... be an observer and observe people (being a peeping tom is excused). that.. and lot's of practice.
