Negima - Requests for new threads
 

Since the Negima forum is now limited (only Mods and Admin can create new threads), this thread serves as a way to request a new thread to be created.

Please post here if you wish to request a new Negima thread. Please bear in mind that we will only accept reasonable requests, we wish to maintain the focus within the forum and cut down on the noise (so no pointless threads cluttering up the place).

Don't forget that you may still post in existing threads as usual, the only restriction is that you may not create new threads within this particular forum.

I wonder if we can create a poll with 31 entries?

& we'd need the extra characters, like Negi, Thousand Master & Takahata. :3

How about a thread where people can point out all the random references they find in each Negima!? episode? Idk about anyone else, but I find it fun to try to see how many I can spot and recognize :P

Doesn't that really belong in the discussion for the episode though?

I guess adding them all to one thread would be okay as long as it was marked as spoiler-rific.

Interesting idea. I'll create a thread for it. And it would only be slightly spoilerific. After all, how if someone told you every single bizarre writing on the chalkboard in the first episode, then you wouldn't have learned a single spoiler for episode 1.

Hm...not saying to make this thread now but perhaps later? just keep this in mind though =).

How about making a Hobby thread that is.. a Figures/Artbooks thread? Later on, they might release some figures and most probably artbooks,art works of Negima:).

A Merchandise thread, such as we have in the Fate/stay night forum (Fate/stay night Merchandise (Figurines, Artbooks, OSTs, etc.)).

And there are some figures being released with the R1 DVDs of the first Negima TV series.

Thread for Fanfics for the new season of negima!? anyone?

We don't seem to get much in the way of fanfic posts in these forums. Bt if there is a demand for them, I don't have a problem with creating such a thread (and it can be for any of the versions of Negima)

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a "Favourite Negima Girl" thread / poll request yet. If people would like to vote and discuss their favourite (girl) character then I can create a poll (I think it might be possible to have a voll with all 31 class members in).

31 class members, plus the few other girls outside the class (like Anya).

I was thinking more along the lines of a "Favourite Girl from Class 2-A / 3-A" poll.

If there is interest, we can have another poll which includes the characters from outside the class. Negima, Chamo, Takahata, Kotaro, Anya and so on.

Yeah, two polls is the best option - if you want a list of all the characters outside the class, just let me know. :3

As for the class poll.. could you add a option that lets me select all of them? ^^;;

Yes, that would be very helpful. I am reading the Del Rey edition and watching the anime but there are so many I'm sure I would miss a lot of them. Try and keep the non Class 3-A list down to under 20 :)

And yes, the polls will be multiple choice so you could vote for all 31 :)

I could take a look at the non-3A list also to make sure you don't miss anyone important, if you'd like. Two heads and all that. :)

:confused: Isn't that what we are already suggesting? Class 3-A and non Class 3-A.
It would more likely be best to stick the the main characters introducted in the first Negima TV series and to the manga the series was based on (so no newish manga characters). That way it should be applicable to the new Negima!? TV series.

Yes, I would say Negi would be part of the non Class 3-A. This way it will be a "Favourite Class 3-A girl" poll.

These are the main characters that stand outside of the classroom. There are more.. though not to many that people would wanna vote for. If you're in-need of a class list - just let me know.

Others you may want to consider if you want more options are newer characters like Takane, Mei, Nutmeg, Cocone, and maybe even Fate and Tsukiyomi from the Kyoto arc. I don't know how many would vote for them but I've seen some follows for some of these characters. Heck, maybe even throw Chachazero in there :P
