So nothing of relative importance regarding Kidd, the demon tools, his dad, etc happened, just more angsting about it. The clown didn't nearly have the same effect as it did in the manga and Kidd was able to beat them without much of a hassle cause he was able to bring Liz & Patti in the end anyway. Still waiting on that ~shocking revelation~ BONES.

So it wasnt really a bad episode, just felt rather pointless. However, next week: Chrona & Marie vs Medusa gogogo

beat the Clown with Liz and Patty? Aww, I was hoping for him to actually have a challenge for once...Everybody else gets one in combat, but Kid just carries on as usual. Not at all what I was expecting or hoping for.

The clown (clowns) were just robots. Honestly I'm not sure why they needed to imitate the clown from the manga, since they were a completely different concept. Overall an uneventful episode, where the only thing of lasting important is the little warning the robot gave Kidd after it died. I'm guessing the clowns were just an excuse to have some Kidd action scenes, but they were kind of underwhelming anyway.

It was cool seeing the clown(s) get animated, but I agree that Kid had it easy in this fight. The symmetry stuff was funny as usual though.

I'm sure that the clown said something important, so that and the upcoming Medusa vs. Crona/Marie/Maka should be cool.

And what was with Giriko & Justin?? One minute they're fighting and now they've stopped to chat? Did they just give up?

i am not sure because Bones spends almost little time on them as characters. If it isn't Maka or Stein moping around it isn't worth screen time I guess.

Well guess they felt it was necessary to give Kid some kind of fight. Ended up fighting a couple robots. Get knocked around, symmetry, death cannon, and that's the end of it. Still guess he had to get some kind of fight in the end. Probably better potential opponents but this one could be wrapped up in an episode while dealing with other characters at the same time.

Naturally Maka just runs off and probably has no clue where she's going. Either way making incredible time. Then you have Black Star beating up on grunts. At least it lets him show some seriousness.

So are Maka and Chrona going to ignore the whole child hostage thing? Seems like from that preview no one is going to hold back in trying to kill Medusa. Hardly making themselves out as force you can support if they are fine with killing an innocent along the way. But guess we'll have to see the next episode to find out.

maybe Chrona can kill Medusa by simply taken her soul out of the body? maybe with Ragnarok i dunno but it is possible, it does show that Chrona attacks first, m just assuming after all

That awesome thing is, despite being chased around by crazy clown robots for a majority of the episode, not once does he take out beezlebub and just fly away after grabbing the demon tool..

My guess is the demon tools are going to be used to somehow get Shinigami on the battle field.

Don´t understand me wrong, I love Kid, but that clown was an image of madness inside my head, that deserved to be put into action correctly (In honor of Atsushi Okubo)! That fight was nothing special, although it was nice animated as always...Too bad this is going into the wrong direction, even having Maka running around aimlessly and Black Star not accomplishing anything new... I just can say: wasted potential!

I liked it that Patty and Liz went in after all.
