B Gata H Kei - a romance series, that's well.... different :heh:. It has a lot of comedy, and some ecchi. I'd really recommend trying it been great so far.

Are great romance manga and anime

The manga versions are the best. The couples are dating and in relationships with kissing, sex, break ups, marriages.

i can name some gun ones if u would like with lots of action
try out hellsing and trigun those two i think u will like

I can't belive no one has sugested Suzuka ( think I am misspelling it). But it is great realistic romance story.

That's because Roy already stated that he has seen it.

well Suzuka is a nice romantic anime but to me it seems kind a boring. the passion of Yamato is kind a lame to me. To be honest I like the Chobits more then Suzuka. however it is completely my personal opinion and I don't want to offend the Suzuka fans.

Do I hear guns?

Gungrave - Turns to superpower after a while, but still a great underworld anime with a very interesting plot.
Gun Smith Cats - Lovely classic. Funny as hell too.

Just adding in the Beetrain works of Noir and Madlax for girls with guns. Certainly a lot of gun action in both of those.

Romance? Then you start with Maison Ikkoku or Orange Road before anything else.

Suzuka's great and all, but Akitsuki seriously needed to grow a backbone. Such a dumbass.

Robot-related romance with plenty of ecchi stuffs.

Romance recommendations are kind of hard, since it's more or less present in every show. Try Allison & Lillia. Some nice romantic development there. No fanservice, though.
