[PS4/PC] NieR: Automata

The game is set on a devastated Earth and depicts the violent battle between machine life forms and the humans’ android unit, “Yorha.” Akihiko Yoshida did the character design. On an image board published in the magazine, a hero-looking “Yorha No. 2 Type B” character is shown equipped with a katana and great sword. With the “Pod” support system, long distance attacks are also possible.

Now that we're getting a sequel, I got one question I have in mind... Is Japan going to give us the Shoujo version or a MILF/GILF version of the MC when it comes out in the US? :heh::eyespin:

Frankly, this is the only video game news capable of pulling me out of a Dark Souls III game session.

And in the article, Yoko said he was still aiming for this game to run at 60 fps / 1080p.

Her name is Rekka Alexiel.

She's a young english teacher living in Japan.

Been following her website for almost 3 years now. I think she started that website to cover "Drag-on Dragoon 3" (Drakengard 3).

That girl covers everything from gameplay to stageplay. She's quite cool.

Yeah I check her site from time to time too, but I mean vids of the event and such. Do they exist?

this is probably the only game i'm really hyped about right now, i love what've seen till now of the gameplay and 2b and A2 desing

there is also a boss battle trailer, not to mention they also teased a yorha2B figure!

It was like that in the first game too. At one point it turned into a completely top-down shooter and at another it became like a text adventure. And iirc, there's also a little section in which it's a sidescroller during a boss fight.:heh:

The game was total nuts and super creative even though it was actually mediocre in other areas and that's why it got an almost cult following.
With platinum games making it this time tho, I see nothing but a crazy-twisted masterpiece incoming.

NieR Automata will be releasing on PC via Steam alongside the PS4 version.

Yes, hopefully the original game gets ported as well, maybe even with both characters.
