Plot summary : The story is set in the not-so-distant future. Five "Black Points" suddenly appeared around the world as portals to parallel worlds. Immediately after, strange creatures began their invasion from these portals. These creatures are the inhabitants of five worlds — the same worlds in different timeframes.

In order to ensure their own future timeframe survives, each of the five invasion forces battle to wipe the other future timeframes out. The key is one card-shaped device.

Note : Broccoli and Nippon Ichi Software just launched the card game in Japan this year. The game advertises itself as the "first free" trading card game system since a free deck is offered at meets held by card shops and events. A PDF file is even posted online so people can print them out themselves.

Not really a fan of card games shows (although I do like Yu-Gi-Oh!) but the enticing artwork (though made by a dozen of different artists I think) makes me check out.

Tried out the game for a bit and it was fun and interesting. The premise of the story sounds like it could make a pretty dark story as long the anime doesn't crater directly towards kids. But who am I kidding, the chances of a card game anime aimed towards selling cards to kids is almost a given.

what makes me worried is how is this going to fare? in an era of freaking Yugioh Zexal, Gyrozetter, & Cardfight! Vanguard?........

now i wonder what happened to Bandai's Battle Spirits card game......

Swords Eyes actually got me interested in Battle Spirits, although I must admit it was not that good. ^^;

I have my eyes on the girls cards for this one though.

The scan and recent information don't imply this at all which would be a shame. I think the game's cast is way more interesting.

^ Yeah, the anime cast looks generic as fuck. The game cast seems vastly superior.

For a show that revolves around card games, the animation was actually good and I think it had the potential to see how they will play the card games part. I hope it will stay that way as long we need to unravel the secrets but I'm keeping my expectations low until I will find out.

"French speaking Europe? German speaking Europe?" So does that mean that southern Switzerland (Italian-speaking) doesn't get the stream while the rest of Switzerland does?? :heh:

I like the male-female ratio. I did a search and found an english wiki. It's pretty bare and the character pages had only a few sentences. Looks like the guy's a comedian.

Almost forgot this was airing too, PV2 looks good enough so Im in. Mostly for the Blue World rep Azumi Kagamihara but hey, a hook is a hook.

Hm... If the anime is like in the manga then it's more likely the anime is a card lore than people playing the card game.

It's more like Digimon in how everyone dukes it out in the real world.

Well, either way, the game's story in the anime will be most interesting indeed.And the lores.
