Looks like they decided to fuse some of the chapters together. Honestly, what's the rush? If I didn't know any better I would say they are trying to catch up to volume 7 or something.

If anything I feel they're slowing down. Because now they need another episode to do the main part of the short stories arc. The Christmas date was really never going to be able to take an entire episode on its own.

That leaves 4 episodes left after next week, and I expect 3 for Volume 4. Toss in a filler ep (it was suggestive there being such in the interviews, iirc) and that puts us squarely at the ending of volume 4 for the end of the season, as I predicted.

Finally got to hear the Meruru denpa OP XD

I feel like they skipped over too much stuff, like Kirino's ideas for Mai☆Sora (which I don't know why they changed the title of) and why Kyousuke was looking up porn on her laptop in the first place. Or maybe there wasn't much to use as material for this episode anyway... Pretty average.

That's what I felt this episode was overall. Gave it 7/10 for Kuroneko (need more of her! :p) and some funny scenes suchs as Kuroneko and Kirino copying each other and Kyousuke's response to that :heh:, though yeah, nothing too fancy.

Personally, I would have liked it if they had invested one more episode for volume 2. I think volume 2 was the longest yet it got the least episodes.

The first half of the episode was very hilarious. 10/10 there.

...But the second half was just a sandbag and his psychopathic sister. Uwegh...
When she soaked herself near the end of the episode, I think she topped everything else she has done so far. Very... （　ﾟ Дﾟ）................
The only healing moment in this second part was Mr. Letter L.

The title for the preview... Grammer... and more importantly, it has been turned into an anime. :heh:

It's because the number of episodes are limited. Isn't it like 12 or 13 episodes?

There's always something call Season 2...(Not like they can fit in Vol. 1-6 in 12/13 episodes anyway...)

As for the episode this week - No 10 this week since it's totally rushed. The original part of getting materials for novel is MUCH funnier (The Love Hotel scene is MUCH better). The only good thing is the much clearer tsundere-less of Kirino.

Next episode seems like original material. This week episode is Vol. 3 Ch. 1 and Vol. 3 Ch. 3. Ch. 4 is a far cry from anime related (More like Kuroneko route part 1), nor there's anything anime related in Vol. 4 (It's more of a wrap-up to an arc).

yeah a season two is always possible but not many anime get more than a season. It all depends on how successful this one is. Most series are planned for only one season.

The first part was excellent. I liked how Kuroneko and Kirino argued each other. The second half wasn't so clear. I really wish they don't rush things up since this is the best anime of this season.
They can always make a second season.

Kirino has like 40 hours in each of her days.

So she is now writing her own doujinshi while working as a model, training in her sports club, studying as an honor student, playing eroge and watching anime as an otaku, and hanging out with two different crowds-- her normal friend and otaku friend-- as well as her brother.

I enjoyed the first half the episode. It was funny and kuroneko got some screentime which is always good.


Also in the second half in the hotel part seems like something right out of a doujinshi. I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a doujinshi about the second half with a alternate ending.
