Patlabor (The manga version)
 

Recently I heard someone picked up the slack for translating the rest of the manga (in the original 22 volumes). Shame about the Viz translation when they first picked it up. I remember 2 were done and they dropped it. The French version stopped at Volume 18.

I have heard that translation in Italian and (not sure) Chinese were done fully.

So looks good. I'll be able to read them from the start.
