nothing impressive... its just normal trading punch until one MS break.
aila pls give us epic battle next week, and destroy that bastard playboy plsss
the ending catchphrase "Tell us its a lie, miss aina!" instead of Aila, is that reference to 08th MS team aina sahalin? :heh:
ups, i forgot aila introduce herself to sei and reiji as aina :heh:

LightningZERO 2014-02-17 07:18

Nils: "Plavsky could have great real life application. It would have changed the world!!! Think of the possibilities!!!"

Sei: "Screw you. Gunpla FTW!!!"

Honestly I am sick of RG System pwning everyone. SBS's battles have become way too repetitive: basically punching everything until they break.

NeutralZero 2014-02-17 07:19

The fight's a little meh
but Sei's pretty lucky to have megane as his pair
unlike Nils and Reiji who'll have a difficult time with their respective pair...

Avaricia 2014-02-17 07:27

Ral pls. She's married you know? :heh:

Scorpiopt 2014-02-17 07:31

Fight Scene was meh , too much of what he have already seen

yeah super saiyan RG system is much OP and boring...
the punch is so much plot armor, niels is so much better

ZeroXSEED 2014-02-17 07:40

Fuck

RG

System

And that gluing scene is a total asspul
:argue::bash:

StratoSpear 2014-02-17 07:44

I swear that battle music is really growing on me fast. Then again, it still doesn't beat the epicness it had during the match between SBS and Wing Fenice.

Like the last episode more fight, less of the other stuff

- HAHAHHAHA BUFF BLACK GUY WITH A PURPLE CB HELMET, Piloting Virtue to boot xD
- Wow, the blades formula was so simple and a 00 reference, know the enemy particle ratios, match it or adjust yours, then break through. How did we miss this?
- Lol little battle of wits between Baker and Nils
- HAHAHAH Caroline and Nils was fun to watch through the whole episode
- In the "negotiations", while Nils obviously has some good priorities, I will say though that what he would have attempted would be illegal (stealing, theyre obviously not gonna tell him anything). Iori and Reiji are with the majority of players who are there, to play Gunpla Battle, thats what the whole event is for after all
- EPIC FIGHT! But predictable, given the features of the two suits, there is really no other way it would have gone down
- Nice use of super glue, but have fun making a whole new arm, covering a whole part in glue literally makes it unrepairable
- I like how they pause the fight if both suits are still functional, but both have lost all ways of fighting effectively
- Ending predictable, Nils realizes he likes gunpla
- Nice of Sei to stop and apologize for going overboard earlier. He realized what Nils was saying, and its probably going to stick in the back of his head for a while
- HAHAHHAHAHAHHA BAKER FAIL, that expression was priceless

10/10 because Im a sucker for the Astray suits

(Realistic score without that bias though would be 8.5 though)

And guys, the RG system is not that OP, OP is pening everything and coming out completely unharmed (eg 00 Raiser or SF). The RG system is a finishing move. Once its beat, they're done, since it wrecks the gunpla. Against Fellini they used it as it was all they could do (even then they drew), Mao lost cuz his finisher was a giant sword of which particles are more loosely condensed as opposed to the SBS focusing it all into the fists, and vs Nils they only pulled off the win by throwing superglue onto the kit. Which works since plavsky particles cant be manipulated through it (being a foreign substance other than Bandai's plastic)

U know whats the REAL OP??????

REBUILDING THE WHOLE SUIT IN 2-3 DAYS FOR EACH ROUND. for example paint and the topcoats fully curing takes more than that time. Also lots of the SBS parts are either scratchbuilt or heavily modified (exceptions being the torso which is the same as the OG strike)

If anyone here tried building gunpla to that level, you would know how time consuming it is. Even OOB building with a few touchups can take 1-10 hours depending on the kit

You know, Nils probably would have won the fight if the secretary didn't stop the fight, allowing Sei to do the glue knuckle. Nils seems to have better martial art skills and more likely able to kick his opponent to death.

ZeroXSEED 2014-02-17 07:48

THEY HAVE MOON PRINCE AND SAMURAI SURROGATE

INSTEAD OF EPIC SWORDFIGHT WE HAVE POINTLESS G-GUNDAM LITE

6/10 would not rewatch

A swordfight would have been suicide against that thing unless u were using something like the 007S

Sei/Reiji fought it the only possible way they could given what the SBS could do

Repetitive? Sure, but at least they're being consistent to the suits design. Not like a last minute secret feature which they threw on after seeing how the Astray worked only the day before

Definitely preferred this outcome over what else they could have done, otherwise it would have been too tacky/plot rigged

I love how Baker called the pause though, she totally shot herself in the foot there, that Astray with Nils martial art skills could have easily done some serious kicking

In the end = Baker was the loosing condition

Pretty much. By interfering, Baker actually gave Sei the opportunity to create a countermeasure against Nils. Her reaction at the end perfectly sums up what happened. :heh:

The fight was disappointing, but the episode was otherwise enjoyable. Loved the 00 cameos like movie movie Tieria and Not!Sumergai/Louise's mom drinking together.

Blazer-X 2014-02-17 08:11

What a shame. A little sword fight before they went all knuckles would have been nice.

Don't forget the FLAG FIGHTERS by the table behind Mihoshi.

Speaking of which, Mihoshi and Fellini really OTP now. In fact, combined with CAROREIN this episode, they're really going for the ships nonstop... not that anyone's complaining :D :eyespin:
