I don't know about her esp abilities -3- maybe in the future of Railgun manga... without those flowers is more cute :D

Its still level 1 because its just a small bouquet. Wait for it to reach level 5. Then academy city will be flower every where city.

I thought her power was with her hairband flowers. And a Level 1 because she can only handle those. Or something like a that.

Especially if she turns into Academy City's Poison Ivy. Kinda amusing really considering her personality.

The Railgun 4komas found at every end of each chapter (Dengeki ones) seems to be making either subtle hints or jokes about Uiharu's powers... XD

I also wonder when they will actually reveal it though there were certain special comics (usually advertising Railgun related stuff) that subtly hint to it... DX

Quick, everybody imagine something fierce about flowers that she can do!

She's either the defensive healer or the offensive ivy-twirling pollen-spreading heroine #2. Or knowing that she can manipulate surveillance cameras, maybe she can extend her eyes and ears or even transmit her body to wherever there are flowers.

Or she's a walking thinking flower. I think that would be more entertaining.

Flower-based tentacle monster. She's Saten's pet monster plant. :uhoh:

& we need Pokeballs & a camcorder to record the h-scenes :uhoh:

Wait whose the one being recorded. Saten or Uihara :uhoh:

And unlike Saten's thread picture its looks like Uihara is excited on her interview.

btw what kind of hints does the dengenki doing? Flower here, their, everywhere?

But yes, all in all it does involve plants... speaking of Pokemon, I've been seeing Uiharu with Shaymin fanarts... xD There was one where a Shaymin was wearing Uiharu's headband of flowers... xP

So in the end it revolves all on flowers........ RIGHT her powers are those that bloom on her head! Flower POWER!

Also, I'm bothered by something so small, anyways, I suppose I'll just "rant" it out here...?

In the manga and even the light novels, Uiharu's eyebrows are actually thicker than what you see in the anime... and yet this was never pointed out in the eyebrow episode or from the beginning of the Railgun series... Uiharu's eyebrows aren't as that thick as we saw it from the other media... XD

If that was pointed out however, there would have been more lulz in the anime, but I'm just pondering of the what-ifs now since it's all done and all...

Her computer skills are ftw too... though I couldn't understand one 4Koma about her and Konori together, it seems that Konori asked Uiharu to track down Kuroko... for whatever comedy reason. XD

I actually think her power is technical-related. Maybe something like talking with computers, that sort of thing. I can't remember where I say it but I remember her being completely surrounded by computers and using them simultaneously.

I think its shown in the anime. That she can handle multiple of computer. Like a certain some that I know but for the main purpose of gal playing game. Well setting that aside. Her ability that let's her gather information is quite good and if you compare it to saten. well..... saten doesn't really have that much redeeming qualities beside her sexy and cute looks :D :p. and her stupid antics.

I think her info processing abilities are a personal rather than physic, remember, she's a level 1, if a lv 1 can do those kinda things with computer, I think a lv 3 or 4 would need supercompters to keep up with them.

I do believe her powers relate to flowers, which brings up an interesting thought: If Touma touched her with his 'Hand of zomgpawn' aka Imagine Breaker, would the flowers on her head wilt.
(prob not but interesting to imagine anyway)

Well if you see the speed on Mikoto and Accelerators computing ability. They really need SUPERCOMPUTERS to keep up with them. They are like walking computers if you ask me. :D :p

Pitcher plants and venus fly traps are carnivorous. Many plants can produce highly toxic fumes, have poisons, or serve any number of roles. Plants are no mere thing.

I listen to Toaru Rajio no Railgun, the radio show, and the Seiyuu of Uiharu, Toyosaki Aki herself wanting to know Uiharu's power as well. But the staff wouldn't tell her, but what they did tell was, Uiharu's powers are not related to flowers or flowers on her head.
Its funny that Seiyuu of Saten and Uiharu was trying to guess their ability just like the discussions here, and they kept guessing that Uiharu have the ability to grow flowers and such.
