Ok its the hd episodes, and it lags on my comp, could it be my comp, what could i do to make it not lag?

Buy a new PC? :)

Anyway, please tell us what specs your PC has (CPU, RAM, etc).

One potential solution is to use CoreAVC instead of ffdshow for h264 video decoding (Google it).

Also tell us what groupt the file is from and which version exactly it is.
