"The Campaign of Love"
"Koi no Senkyo Kōyaku" (恋の選挙公約)

- Continuation of the standoff between L-Elf and Kibukawa, except that this time he's no longer held at gunpoint; he shows L-Elf the cockpit of a Valvrave and the underlying concepts behind the system (including the Rune and how it interacts with the brain)
- OS-tan is a lot more lively now on her screen now
- OP rolls in, Raizou and Kyuuma are now included in the pilot lineup
- Raizou is actually quite eager about the super-human thing (he treats it like he just got a Sentai power-up or so)
- Nanami communicates with someone on the outside (a politician?) while Shouko pays Akira a visit in her iCavern
- Nanami makes a schoolwide announcement (something concerning JIOR), which gets the school in good spirits...though Shouko does not seem as enthused
- Eh? What's that? Elections with Nanami as a candidate?
- Haruto gets another vampire seizure while in an elevator with Takahi; almost assaults her (read: bites her) but the door opens and Saki embeds her foot in his stomach, thus ending the spell - then passes it off as Haruto "being ecchi"
- Haruto senses something is wrong with Shouko (she's not being her usual bubbly self)
- Away from M77, Dorssia is regrouping and licking its own wounds
- While Cain is receiving a report, Kriemhild sneaks in Cain's office...where H-9 is already hiding, waiting for her.

- Haruto goes to find Shouko (at the shrine), who is sulking away (*looks like* M77 is going back to JIOR, with Nanami as temp. leader, and she is mourning the short life of M77's independence)
- Haruto punches the board with all the engraved wishes, making a few of them fall
- Her spirits revitalized, Shouko runs back to school, while Haruto re-hangs the wooden wishes on the shrine's wish board
- VAMP SEIZURE TIME
- Meanwhile, the school is holding a meeting (elections) - and Shouko is taking the front stage, ready to make another outrageous proposition
- Starts haranguing the crowd and earns their support, while L-Elf watches from the sidelines
- STILL IN THE THROES OF SEIZURE
- Nice red eyes, there.
- POUNCE TIME; where's that punch or kick when you need it?
- RAPE TIME. Relatively graphic (ripping clothes off, not much nudity).
- Lifting speeches are lifting
- Saki actually ACCEPTS Haruto, judging by how she clasps hands with him
- Yup, they do it -- no question about it
- Haruto wakes up, with Saki typing on her phone (probably recording incriminating evidence? XD)
- Her last (subdued) words are about Shouko; looks like she won whatever the "political" fuss was all about

Oh god, he actually raped Saki. And she loved it. Didn't think Sunrise would have the balls to do something like that.

Well dang. I wonder what other rumors and leaks will come true? So I'm guessing they start bonding the next episode like the spoiler said.

This new episode opens some serious catalyst about the love triangle drama. While Shouko grows her friendship with Akira, Haruto starts to get distant from her and begin to learn a deepen relationship with Saki. I'm very much satisfied with more Marie's screentime, her moments with Shouko are awesome and I wish she would play a little more in the final two episodes. Shouko beats up over the president during the election, while Haruto get a vampire urge against Saki by ending up raping her. It was left with some suspense, I'm glad they didn't censor the rape, and by the final two episodes, I'm expecting another striking of light by speculating Akira piloting a Valvrave because of something overly dramatic!

Shouko won the election but her man just rape someone else and Saki accepted it.
