I am planning to pick this up soon, but unfortunately I have only found 14 chapters, and I would finish that very quickly, so I am contemplating whether to start it now or not.

Does anyone know more about this series? :heh:

Well, I thought to myself, it's only 14 chapters long, what the hell, so I went ahead and read it, and I am pretty glad I did.

The first 2 chapters reminded me quite a bit of Death Note, but then that feeling goes away after a few chapters.

The story is basically about a boy, who had no friends, and he would write diaries on his cellphone all day long. For a long time now, he has been seeing a god of some sort from time to time, and one day, the god granted him a special cellphone which displays his future diary entries, and along with 11 other people, they basically enter a battle royal game where the last person standing will inherit the god's throne.

It's not as good as Death Note, but then it's hard to compare the two, since they are also quite different. Very interesting read.

By far an excellent read. No normal turn psycho turn normal bullshit like Shuffle and Gift. Yuna is 100% psycho since day one, yay! ^_^

As far as I know, there is no english translation for this manga series. You would either have to search for raws or releases in some other languages.

I unexpectedly find some translation of the prologue and half of chapter one on Anime-Source.Com, it's list as level 1 content, so everybody can read it.

I'm not familiar with Anime-Source.Com so I don't know if they would ever change the levels of a given content, but I would check those out while you still can just in case.

And the second half of chapter one's scanlation is complete. Now that I've finished it I'm amazed I didn't immediately notice that Yuno was a psycho bishoujo, I just figured she was the type who liked the mess around with people's heads, but yeah she's totally the type. I read on the A-S forums that she only gets better as the story goes along, so I'm totally looking forward to it. (Yep, I'm a fan of the psycho bishoujo archetype...) Edit: Yuno not Yuna.

What I think I dislike about it is they overemphasize the psycho bishoujo "presence".

Yeah it's an awesome read.

The Scanlation by Lucifer at anime-source is comming nice and steady.
Loving this manga, and psycho Yuno.

God! I have read till ch13 and is getting better and better. Yuno is so great. Special in the ch where she was axing ppl. :D And lucifer credits pic... Yuno with a bloody axe!:D

Also, what was the 4th's (the police guy) diary ability? My downloaded volume one seems to have skipped it.
