FreeTEMPO, AKA Hanzawa Takeshi, is a Japanese DJ and musician who specializes in very melodic and lyrical house and lounge music. (DAISHI DANCE is another Japanese DJ and musician with a similar sound.)

(Japanese music in general tends to be very melodic and lyrical. The Japanese seem to prefer it that way.)

Featuring trilingual seiyuu-singer Miyahara Nami (mentioned before in this thread here by Lord of Fire) - she speaks Japanese, English, and German - singing in English, one of FreeTEMPO's most lyrical and beautiful pieces is Dreaming:

Powerpuff Girls Z; Kogure Yuuya in Inazuma Eleven; and Asuka Momoko, Yada Masaru, and Nini in various Ojamajo Doremi series.

In other words, Miyahara has done much of her voice acting work in more mainstream anime titles.

I rewatched the Sakura Wars movie again (although I've watched it before) and I noted that Urara Takano's English is not bad, which is noted on some articles that talk about it mostly too.
