Not fan of those type of comedies so I'll go for tear jerkers.

Kanon 2006
Air
Kokoro Connect
Little Busters
Sakamichi no Apollon

Something more grim with action:
Ga-Rei Zero
Phentom: Requiem for the Phantom
Chrno Crusade
Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin
Steins;Gate

Great mix of comedy and tear jerker

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

Kobato.

Just finished watching it and crying for 1 hour non-stop. :T_T:

It starts slow and boring, but kicks in in the 2nd half of it.

As a tear jerker I can highly recommend Shinigami No Ballad. Sadly just 6 episodes but every one of them is hearttouching.

Hmm, maybe I'm just too sensitive?
I especially found the first episode touching, leaving me in tears. :T_T:
