Overall, it's very action-packed episodes and of good quality, at least for part I watched it is.

- Ep starts with the appearance of teh missing man - Chrono, chatting with Carim about RF6's next direction.
She then points that he's always seen in his BJ that it's unusual for her to see him in formal wear, which he replies that his wife says that too.
Nonetheless, Carim applauds his formal wear.

- Signum joins Chrono and Carim, but their time was disrupted by sudden alert... hotlink from Hayate regerding ongoing incident.

- S&T joins E&C, Teana goes "Holyday is over dudes, get yourself ready for duty!", then everyone sets up their device.
Here transformation sequence kicks in for the 2nd time in the series, although I'd say it looked like a time-filler...

- N&F, Rein and Shamal are sent to join rookies.
After Shamal's evaluation, the blonde-loli appeared to be not in life-threatening state...

- Erio notices that from looks of chain, there's one more relic down in sewer.
As rookies are sent to search, HQ detects large number of Drones are incoming from both sky, and sewer.

- Vita and Ginga comes into play, both heading toward hotspot to join the fun.
Vita is assigned to cover Southwest of city with Rein, while Ginga heads into sewer to join rookies.
Damn to staffs, they skipped Ginga's transformation sequence!! :frustrated:
(Edit: Okay, her device is most likely "Blitz Calibur".)

- Lutecia is observing situation from top of building.
Then Uno calls in, telling her that Uno's little sisters will retrive relic and "Material" and asks Lutecia to go into sewer.
Uno refers Lutecia "ojousama (=princess, my lady, etc)", so Lutecia could be a daugter of someone noble...?

- Uno notices that Lutecia is alone, which she replies that "I'm with Garyu, I'm not alone".
Uno then tells her that whenever she needs assistance, Uno will give her hand immediately and top-priority.
Lutecia then warps out, wispering to no one that "let's go find what I'm looking for"...

- Ginga insists that she's seen that organic pod before, which Hayate agrees.
She assumes that blonde-loli is a sample of "artifical mage", technology consisting of using gene manipulation, drug and mechanical implants.
Just as any other anime with this kind of stuff, this technology is dangerous and only someone crazy enough would tap into.
That makes her a... Cyborg?

- N&F are protecting NW part of sky, and kicking crap out of Type-2s...
Then a Meganekko appears over cloud, and starts casting illusion magic to buff up the visual number of Type-2s.
Her neck accessory had number "IV", that means...

- HQ is cought by suprise for the sheer number of newly-incoming drones.
N&F insists of releasing their limiters, but Hayate denies their request and goes out by herself, asking Chrono to release her limiter.

- Appearantly, Chrono and Carim can release Hayate's limiter only once for each person, then they need to gain permission from higher-ups again.
Chrono uses his permission, but using full force of SS rank in middle of city is too dangerous, so he only released up for 3 ranks - to S rank.
According to Carim, not releasing full power makes gaining permission again slightly easier... but only slightly, according to Chrono.

- Ginga joins rookies... her knuckle is white!

- Now we have a Strategic-Weapon-Girl, charging up her Nuke to blow whatever on her path...
However, just as mentioned in Ep2, she lacks precision control without unison-in, so HQ staffs has to support her to use it accurately.
N&F hastely get out to safe-zone, then... KABOOOM, huge explosion occurs, blowing away most of Type-2s on several area.
Now, she's still 1 rank behind her true rank? man, give me a break :heh:

- Rookies are sweeping sewer, and we got to see Subaru's Divine Buster once again.

- Rookies has reached the point where 2nd relic should be, Caro found the box and approaches it.
Just when she picked up, something sneaks up and attacked her... Erio interrupted the unknown's second attack, but he got an injury as well.
Then the unknown turns off it's opti-camo; Here, we have a clear shot of Garyu, the Human-sized bypedal Kamen-Rider... well, not so Kamen Rider but still.

- While they're distracted by Garyu, Lutecia picks up relic.
Caro finds that and goes after her, but got blasted by Lutecia and hit the wall with Erio.
Nakajima sisters attacks Garyu, while Teana catches Lutecia from behind with her opti-camo... CM dagger-mode is on her throat.

- Agito appears, throwing a magic flash-bang into there to help Lutecia.
Teana tries to shoot Lutecia, but got blocked by Garyu twice.

- Now we see Agito... she is a Rein-sized red-haired loli.
As she provokes rookies to fight, episode ends and ED kicks in...

- Titled "Numbers", it looks like it'll introduce number of new characters, most likely Spagetti's "creations".
According to Nanoha's narration, they're gonna be in serious fight and will go all-out to protect what they have to protect.

- One short cut-scene had Strada being pointed toward Lutecia's chest...
Erio, you're gonna flash move her too? :heh:

Chrono appears at last!

Chrono appeared at last ^.^.Looks like the numbers on Scaliegtti and gang neck accessory really mean something.

chrono boya! :eyespin: but no ginga service? fails! T.T

and hayate has to go up to s rank you say...this is going to be interesting :p
