Thread deletion by OP
 

Is it possible to put a delete option for threads with at least less than 2-3 posts? So at least they can delete the threads (if it's posted on the wrong place)

If it's posted in the wrong place, you can report the opening post to have the thread moved.

Yeah, I don't think we can put an automated option to allows the thread starter to delete the thread, but please feel free to report such post and the mods can take care of moving the thread. This would also apply to typos or other problems with the thread title. :)

Yeah reporting the thread is much more effective than asking for something within the thread itself (or even changing the thread title to "please delete this" ;) )

For some reason people seam shy about the report button,maybe people aren't aware of its existence?

I thought thread titles can be modified by the OP through the 'edit->go advanced->title' function. At least I did that before :heh:

I believe you can no longer change the title at some period of time after the thread was created.

Correct. You have about 10 minutes after posting a new thread in which you can edit the title. After that time you would need to ask for a member of staff to do it for you.
