For Gurren Lagann T-shirts/models, you can check out the official Gainax online store: Link

Also, HLJ have four Gurren Lagann PVC models. Two are on sale now, where as the other two go on sale in August: Link

I've been wondering. How should the Doodle Drill book be considered? An official doujin book? Considering that it should be done by Imaishi and his fellow colleagues but it was only sold at Comiket 71...

The PVC mech's were probably designed before the series even started to air. As for Yoko, i can see plenty appearing soon.

Toy magazines in last month showed Yoko and Simon figurines along with the "pose-able" Lagann.

Yoko PVC is in the works, for more information check out Heisei Democracy.

As you can read from my post --- this news has made my year. Can't wait for images to appear.

Edit: We have IMAGES!

Seriously, best PVC ever. A must preorder NOW~

Edit again: For a bigger image of the PVC, check out my blog.

I guess I have to quote Dorktower's Igor here: "IT MUST BE MINE!!!!!"

www.hlj.com has been picking up the other Konami G-L figures (the mechs), cross my fingers they'll offer this one.

It's impossible, the figure i linked to isn't even on sale yet --- and isn't until September this year.

No idea what you're thinking about, though its probably another figure.. even though there hasn't been a Yoko PVC on sale yet.

Shinndou 2007-05-17 12:03

Guys, I wanted to inform you that it's possible to pre-order that Yoko's PVC figure here: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10059197

It's a japanese hobby store that also sells items internetionally and they generally take reservations and pre-orders for incoming figurines. I've never tried it before (I usually buy at HLJ.com), but I've placed a reservation for that figurine as I fear it might be sold out right as it will be out in stores in September. :D

Shiroth 2007-05-17 12:06

Hmm, i think i might wait a few more weeks to see if it appears in HLJ. Though thanks a lot for the link Shinndou.

Question: Do you need the money up-front to preorder from this site, or can you pay later?

Shinndou 2007-05-17 12:14

They charge you only when they'll ship the product. It's also possible to cancel the pre-order anytime (as long as it's you do that before the item is available for shipping, obviously).
