the grand Line isnt all about strength. U need brains, navigation, skills, and determination. The weather in Grand Line is unpredictable, if Mihawk gets unlucky and runs into a giant cyclone wat can he do? The magnetic waves in grand line makes using compasses impossible, special logs are made. It can take years for certain islands to give a Log a set frequency and a destination to the next island. Plus not all pirates are looking for the One Piece, Shichibukais especially are not looking for it. You get the one piece, ure the most wanted person in the world.
