That's four series in a season for J.C.STAFF then? There's a lot riding on Index 2 and Bakuman, so can they keep up with that schedule?

A key staff list was posted on 2channel recently, but it's totally unconfirmed from official sources.
Director: Sayo Aoi Character Designer/Chief Animation director: Seiya Numata If it's true, this would actually be a series worth getting excited over! Seiya Numata is a talented and interesing animator, so this would really by a stand-out series. |
Website got updated and this will be coming in October. Apparently the VAs are from a band who just formed recently using same name as the anime, which is based on a game?
Usually detective and mystery scream 'READ/WATCH ME NOW' for me, but somehow I am not too entirely sure this will have the delicate intricacies of investigation genre. Anyone played the game by any chance ...? |

Director is Moriwaki Makoto, who did Onegai My Melody, which is something...but also the truly lame Lilpri. Writer is Fudeyasu Kazuyuki, who did Kamen no Maid Guy and Kampfer.
There is an OP PV. And now there is also a trailer. The villains include Kishio Daisuke, Shimono Hiro, and Akesaka Satomi. The four main girl detectives are unknowns, except for one who was Michi in Weiss Survive and Nozomi in Jigoku Shoujo 3. This could be a real moe ota-fest, from the look of the trailer. |
I'm a huge fan of the detective genre, but despite having the word in the title, something tells me that the mystery of the cases here doesn't really require a lot brainstorming (rather, that's not the main point at all?) Still, I guess I'll still at least check out the first episode later on, though my hopes aren't really that high.
