An interesting OVA to be sure but it seems Tama-nee is just a little
meaner than ever before. Ahh. Takaki was wise to worry when she
came near and attempted to find out what was up.

As its been mentioned before --- i'm so happy that the first OVA features BGM's from the anime, and the game. For me it makes the viewing of the OVA all the more special. Also, the fact that the art style takes more on the games form of style is win-win in so many ways - i loved it! Its just a shame this isn't the same length as the anime.

& yeah, i lol'd about all the camera's. The level of humor was perfect surrounding the whole episode. ^^;

If the OVA was better than the series, I’m afraid it just confirms my feeling that the series (which I gave up after 3 eps) wasn’t a patch on the original To Heart anime. But then I’ve always adored To Heart and its gentle pathos and feel-good atmosphere whereas ecchi series leave me lukewarm since they never seem to develop any real depth. This OVA was quite funny (if mainly from a luddite point of view...) but it still left me feeling rather empty.

I might as well reveal this, although I noticed that Potatochobits for Tatertotz released it over this past weekend. The new project we picked up since we recently finished Otoboku is the To Heart 2 OVA episodes. We've teamed up with Avalon again to work on this since the TV series was our first fansub project as AQS.

Things are moving along pretty well as we've got a lot of stuff done already. On top of this, we're trying to catch up and finish Kanon for ourselves so we can possibly take on a Spring series.

We'll do our best to get some Ilfa and Tama-nee goodness out to you guys soon!

That was one of the things the TV series was missing--good to see Manaka's sister will be making an appearance, and mizugi are always good :D

although the animation quality is superb, the story line was really bland this time.

it was a little depressing, but i can still appreciate it. having staffing problems suddenly out of the blue, lol.

my favorite part of the episode was the omake, though.

Second OVA was loooooovely~

I was surprised with the amount of Ruu attention, it was done nicely & i loved it. Nice to see a lot of Ikuno, which was needed --- she's moe in her own special way.

Ruuuuuu~

I was glad to see Ikuno getting some screentime too--since I haven't played the game that was the first time I got to see her character, and she's definitely one of my favorites now. It's too bad there's only one more episode left, the level of quality is just a lot better than the TV series and for me, at least, it's been a lot more fun to watch too.
