Weei! >< Finally a section dedicated to Vampire Knight! I love this series at first site. It has a dark feeling to it, but at the same it's cute and interesting to follow. The pace is quite fast unlike other similar series(I'm quite impatient) and the tension picks up just at the right moment. I'm wondering what's going to happen between Yuuki and Zero after episode 3 and I'm hardly getting any sleep because of that!

Allow me to be the first to ask question in this thread:

What happened to the evil evil vampire that attacked Yuuki in the past? Is he killed by Kaname, or did he run away?

He was killed by Kaname. The vampire kind of disintegrated and turned to ash afterwards.

If anyone know >> are they going to split it, into 2x13 episodes? I've read some posts, but I don't understend whats going on.... :(

how many chapters....is VK supposed to run, or do we not know that yet

There is no word on how many chapters Vampire Knight is suppose to have. There are currently 7 volumes out (Vol. 7 was released in April) and 39 chapters, meaning there will be at least a Vol. 8.

Will Vampire Knight anime follow the manga's main story all the way to the final chapter?

So far it seems it will but only time will tell. At the moment there is no "final" chapter since the manga is still ongoing but so far minus a few added scenes, theyve been following the manga nicely.

I still have my doubts, this series is supposed to have 26 episodes right? Do you think it will be enough episodes to fit the whole manga in there? I just have a bad feeling it will end up like Gantz, Claymore and some other mangas, where they follow the main story nicely until the final episodes where they just come up with some s##t.

Ques, what is the word Zero uses to refer to Yagari? Obviously I know it shown as "master" but its not a term Im familiar with, any info would be appreciated.
