As the hardcore fans of Another already knew for months, the above is a one episode OVA that comes out in the above listed date. The thread is created a few days early to accommodate all form of anticipation and the eventual discussion that sure to take place once the one-eyed girl gets her yuri on. :)

T-4 days to Yuripocalypse ... I think? :heh:

Is this OVA really that yuritific, or are we just expecting it to be?

I'm more interested in how Mei will act towards Misaki ... and the prospect of the anime not devolving into a Final Destination Best of montage :heh:

I love what they did here in this episode. Gives us a better understanding of the character and background even better, and it shows us that she's not always an unfeeling robot that we always see in the series.

Overall, I enjoyed this prequel to the series. It certainly enlightened me to aspects of Mei's character that I did not expect.

It started innocent enough. So cute and sweet - just what I wanted. Then Diablo Ex Machina. FU.

So thats what happened... The whole chain of events which leads to the start episode 1 to end of 12.

There are some happy moments and WTH just happened to Misaki? Leukaemia does not start its final stage that fast... (Unless if its very long.)

Lessons learned from this show in a nutshell:
1. To make your Ferris Wheel a fun ride, check that all screws are tighten up already.(What if Misaki fell from a great height?)
2. Never buy an umbrella with very sharp tips, or seriously, never!
3. If there are no other choices but sharp tip umbrellas, do not run down the stairs.
4. Workers should check all lifts are a- OK conditions.
5. Do not have teachers who are crazy later on which he brings his knife to suicide.(If is, close your eyes at the split second after the suicide.)
6. Do not go into water when it is raining. If you are injured, do not swim at all.
7. Do not go into a hotel where crazy people are waiting.

That explains it all - the authors are just trolls. From the fantastic first episodes to the catastrophe called ep 11 and ep 12, they were always trolling us.
