Ao no Exorcist has a cram school for Exorcists to go to after their regular classes at school.

Does it have to be about those only? because they're a usual device in romances.

Love Hina, Chobits and Maison Ikkoku all featured male leads in cram schools. But the schools weren't always the focus.

Yeah, I was mainly looking for a focus on cram schools. It's pretty rare from what I'm seeing. :(
