Lotsa Problems

My Fullmetal Alchemist # 17 isn't working. I've tried downloading it from both locations, and both are completed, but neither will work.

Also, my Core Media Player isn't working for whatever reason. I've tried to delete and re-download it, but it still won't work.

The same thing had happened with DivX.

For whatever reason, alot of my newer downloads won't work. I've tried finding new players and codecs, but nothing is working. Yes, I've tried restarting my computer and all, but still nothing. I have several skins I've tried, but NoThInG will let FMA 17 work!

After wasting like THREE HOURS of my LIFE I finally found the solution in one of the threads. It was the problem with DivX that was the problem, I think. Hence I downloaded the one that erased a codec, hence letting NOTHING work. However, after deleting everything, and simply downloading this (the first thing on the page) all was peachy. :)

try getting divx bundle 3.11 , defiler pak , ffdshow , the newest winamp and have windows media classic it'll run with those codecs and clients.

Why can't people stop bloody recommending codec packs? They're nothing but trouble.

Also, you're recommending redundant codecs. FFdshow can decode divx 3, and defiler pak also includes ffdshow according to google. Oh and winamp is pretty much useless for video decoding unless you use it as a video player, though I see little reason to do that (except that it's apparently quite light on the processor usage side so it might be ok for old PCs)
