Dragon Quest batches
Regarding the series on this tracker: http://animesuki.com/series.php/1496.html (Legend of the Hero Abel / Yuusha Abel Densetsu)
We only have eps 1-10 listed currently. The DVDs 1-3 done in 2009 by F-S+Genso and 1-10 by ANBU.
I was checking out Frenchies' tracker and I noticed that the group they are co-operating with now (Gensoteam) has actually already subbed the series on VHS and they are tracking their work.
Uuuunfortunatly I just realized that I think their subs are in french... and animesuki is for english subs only I'm thinking... dang.
But just in case it's notable (maybe if we had a french>english translator) they have 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35 ad 36-42 in batches. Plus Roto.
Regarding the series on this tracker: http://animesuki.com/series.php/513.html (Dai no Daibouken / Adventures of Dai)
We currently have 1-5 as individuals by shining, a 1-5 batch by frenchies, and 6-14 as individual torrents from Frenchies.
Frenchies also did a 6-10 batch for this, at http://frenchies-subs.edwardk.info/%...10_VHS.torrent
Unfortunately I don't think there is a 11-14. But anyway I hope that might help, batches are always more attractive.
Hey Crow I was wondering, seeing as how "Hero Abel" is getting a surge of recent attention from ANBU, can we make http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=27439 the official thread for it?
The tracker http://animesuki.com/series.php/1496.html seems to be lacking one.
Done and done! :D
http://animesuki.com/series.php/1496.html doesn't link to http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=27439 tho bro
Also a couple potential submissions... while CG mentions here that "I'd rather pretend I did not fansub those and would rather you look at ANBU or Frenchies's versions for this", TBH for historical purposes I think it's pretty cool that he worked on it so long ago and that it would be good to recognize that work. 1496 isn't particularly cluttered at the moment after all.
Here they are on nyaa if they could also be added. I am not sure how you do dates, but I will list the date that is on http://fightingmagic.edwardk.info and hope that can be listed as opposed to today's date which would be listed since that's when it's added to Nyaa.
